• If you would like to receive one, please confirm your details below so we can verify that you’re an employee and then complete the order form.

To do this, please enter:

• Your payroll number – This is the number you use to log in to Loop or the hand readers. It looks like 12345678 or 12345678-2 (please make sure there are no extra spaces). You can find your payroll number in ESR on your most recent payslip.
• Your postcode – Please enter it in this format: NE27 0QJ (again, be careful not to include extra spaces). Use the postcode listed on ESR as of Friday 30th October 2026.
