This year we are continuing the tradition of giving Christmas boxes – we won’t give away the contents as that would spoil the surprise, but they have once again been sourced from local companies.

We understand the Christmas gift isn’t for everyone, so we are asking you in advance whether you would like to receive the Christmas gift. If you don’t wish to accept the gift you do not need to take any further action.

If you would like to receive a gift firstly, we need to check that you are an employee. Please identify yourself by entering your payroll number and postcode below:

• Your payroll number is the number you use to login to the hand-readers. It looks like this 12345678 or 12345678-2 (please be careful not to leave an extra space at the end). You can check your payroll number via ESR on your most recent payslip.
• Your postcode – please make sure you enter it in this format NE27 0QJ (please be careful not to leave an extra space at the end). Please make sure you use the postcode that was listed on ESR on Thursday 7th November 2024.
